  • 1. Soak sabudana for at least 4 hours than remove all water and keep it in a muslin cloth for 1 hour to remove all extra water,
  • 2. In a kadhai put some oil crack jeera, add curry leaves and fry add mumphali and fry
  • 3. Now add diced boiled potatoes and fry add salt and lemon juice and satue now add soaked sabudana mix carefully cook for 2 to 3 minutes and you are done
