Ingredients For Sabudana vada recipe

Methods
  • 1. Coarsely crushed peanuts. Keep aside.
  • 2. mash the potatoes.
  • 3. Mix together all the ingredients. Add lemon juice (optional) and mix well.
  • 4. Make balls from the mixture and then slightly flatten to make the vada.
  • 5. Heat oil in a kadai until hot enough ona medium flame .
  • 6. Slide the sabudana vada to hot oil one after the other. deep fry on a medium flame for few minutes.
  • 7. Fry from both the sides until golden and crisp.
