Ingredients For Sabudane Ki Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take Boiled potatoes in a pan and add rock salt , chillies and black pepper and mash all of them together.
  • 2. Add Sabudana In the mixture prepared.
  • 3. Take one another bowl and mix curd, salt and cumin (jeera )
  • 4. Take Oil in a Frying Pan and turn on the heat (For Deep Frying) or A Nonstick pan and put light oil on that (for shallow fry).
  • 5. Out of the Mixture prepared make small rounds and shape them as tikki and keep them aside.
  • 6. Now Fry these Tikkis ( Deep Fry or Shallow fry ), till they are crispy.
  • 7. Now For Serving, place two tikkis in one plate and pour Curd over it and can also use Tomato ketchup and Spicy Chutney and Chopped reddish to garnish it .
