Spinach leaves coated in besan, rice flour mixture, deep fried, serve with tomato onion cheese salad, excellent recipes for rainy season, even kids enjoy it too much.

Methods
  • 1. You can make batter two way.
  • 2. First way is add equal equal amount of besan and cornflour.
  • 3. With this combination you will get more crispy leaves.
  • 4. Other way is take 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup rice flour and 2 tsp cornflour.
  • 5. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmaric powder, roasted cumin, fennal seed, black pepper powder, black salt and mix it well.
  • 6. Add sufficient amount of water to make running batter.
  • 7. Keep it aside 5-10 min.
  • 8. Dip the leaf in batter and coated a thin layer on it on both side.
  • 9. Meanwhile heat the oil for frying in a kadai on medium heat..
  • 10. Fry the leaf one by one on medium heat till it becomes crispy.
  • 11. Place the fried leaves on paper napkin so excess oil drain out.
  • 12. In a bowl take add finely chopped tomato onion,cucumber, add schezwan sauce tomato sauce chaat masala mix well.
  • 13. You can add chopped coriander leave also mix well.
  • 14. Arrange all leaves on plate or tray.
  • 15. put little amount of onion and tomato mixture.
  • 16. Now put grated cheese.
  • 17. Serve hot tea and enjoy the rainy season
