Ingredients For Sem, aaloo, shakarkand ki kanji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chopped boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes and sem in smmall pieces. Keep it in a jar Along with salt, hing, red chilly powder, turmaric powder, grinded mustard seeds, jaggery and mustard oil.
  • 2. Mix everything well.Now add hot water and mix. Cover and keep it in hot place for 2 days. After 2 days enjoy kanji. You can also keep it in sunlight. You can serve this with khichdi and chawal-dal.
