Ingredients For Shahi Phirni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice in water and soak it in water for at least 2 hrs.
  • 2. Remove the access water and take it to grinder jar. Grind it using little water and make a paste.
  • 3. Keep milk to boil and add sugar to it when milk is boiling. When it gets boiled properly, add grinded rice paste to it.
  • 4. Keep stirring on a low flame till rice gets cooked properly. Remove it from flame after it turn to a thick mixture.
  • 5. Soak few strands of saffron to 3 tsp of milk. Add rose water and saffron milk at last and give it a good stir.
  • 6. Top it with almond and pistachio flakes and rose petals. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
