Ingredients For Shahi Shikanji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make hung curd, In muslin cloth keep curd for an hour to remove excess water from curd.
  • 2. In a wok boil milk, in between soak saffron in 2-3 tblespn milk.
  • 3. When milk become ¾ in quantity, add soaked saffron milk and boil milk for 5-7 minute on low flame. Keep stirring, switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  • 4. Now in blender jar add boiled milk, hung curd, sugar and some ice cubes. Blend it well. You can refrigerate it for 2 to 4hours.
  • 5. Pour shahi shikanji in glasses, garnish with chopped dryfruits and enjoy chilled Shahi Shikanji.
