Ingredients For Smoky Angaare Shahi Paneer Masala

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the above ingredients with shahi paneer masala , kitchen king masala and salt ,mix them well and shape them into medium sized bullets.
  • 2. Heat oil and deep fry all the bullets untill golden brown.
  • 3. Take a seperate pan and add 1 tb spoon oil, long chopped capsicum,6-7 pcs of garlic ,repeat 20 pcs of cashews,tomato sauce 1 tb spoon mix well.
  • 4. Add half cup water to the above sauce and cook at full flame.Add bullets to the pan , mix well.
  • 5. Plate it and garnish with finely chopped spring onions. Your smoky angaare shahi paneer masala is ready to be served.
