Methods
  • 1. Soak kokum in half cup of warm water for 20 minutes
  • 2. Grind grated fresh coconut along with green chilli, garlic, salt and cumin seeds add water as require strain coconut milk in a bowl.
  • 3. Squeeze and remove kokum out of the water you will get a thick concentrated kokum juice.
  • 4. Add kokum juice to the coconut milk.please check and adjust according to your taste.
  • 5. If you like you can add chopped corriender leaves.
  • 6. This digestive and refreshing drink of goan cuisine is ready to serve.
