Ingredients For Soya Keema Sandwich

Methods
  • 1. Soak the soya chunks and grind it properly.
  • 2. TAke a mixer jar. Put tomato dices, green chilli, ginger and garlic,grind this to make a thick paste.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices and pour this tomato paste. When cooked add salt and all other spices.
  • 4. Add the grinded soya chunk and grated paneer in the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and finally add chopped coriander leaves.
  • 5. Take bread slices and add this mixture between bread slices. Fry the bread sandwich in the butter. Cut the sandwich into two and serve with grated cheese and tomato sauce.
