Spaghetti in a Thai Peanut Sauce! A spicy sauce with Attitude! A fusion which creates a chilli and earthy meal, up for filling your stomach and hearts! One of my favourites, you can add chicken or steaks too! A skirt steak would go great with the sauce! .

Ingredients For Spaghetti in a Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a Basin or a bowl, add peanut butter (crunchy works too!)
  • 2. Add 1 part of Soy Sauce.
  • 3. Add your favourite chilli sauce in 2 parts.
  • 4. Add lime juice or a Japanese wine vinegar to taste.
  • 5. Add chopped chillies, Ginger and garlic! Then season with pepper and a bit of salt to taste.
  • 6. You can even use this sauce with a Chicken Satay, or a Grilled vegetable salad.
  • 7. Now, boil the spaghetti or any noodle with salt after boiling.
  • 8. Remove the pasta/noodle and drain the starchy water but save some to add to the sauce to make the consistency better and toothsome.
  • 9. Then in the bowl, add the pasta and toss! Serve hot or even cold as a salad dish! Don't forget to top it with a lot of Parsley!
