Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic and saute on high flame.
  • 2. Add mushroom and broccoli. Saute for a minute on high flame.
  • 3. Add mixed bell peppers and salt. Saute for 30 secs.
  • 4. Add thai sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Remove from the flame and garnish with crushed roasted peanuts.
