Ingredients For Stuffed Mirchi Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First slit the green chilli, then roast it a bit on all sides.
  • 2. Now for the mixture add Besan,sooji, curds,salt,hing, coriander, green chilli paste, dhaniya powder, amchur and mix well.
  • 3. Let it rest it for ten minutes. After resting add eno and stir with light hands.
  • 4. Immediately take each green chilli and stuff with dhokla batter and keep aside.
  • 5. Now grease a flat vessel and place these spicy green chilli drizzle oil over it and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 6. Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy hot.
