Ingredients For Stuffed Rajasthani Baati Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the flour in a bowl add salt and Ajwain to it. Now add the melted ghee to it and mix well. Next add the water and make a firm dough cover and keep it aside. Now place a fry pan on medium flame and add the khoya to it. Roast the khoya for about 5 minutes now add the pickle cut into small pieces and saute. Switch off the flame. Now divide the dough into 12 balls take a ball in your palm press it and make a well add 1 tsp of the khoya stuffing seal the ball from all sides. Repeat the same process with the rest of the balls. Place a tandoor on high flame for 7 minutes then keep the stuffed balls and bake them on medium flame till golden brown from both sides this process takes about 15 minutes switch off the flame and take out the baatis serve them with dal.
