Ingredients For Sugar Free Healthy Flax Seed Laddoos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the dates in warm milk for 15 mins, then strain and finely chop using a food processor and keep it aside
  • 2. Using a Bowl mix the chop dates, roasted ground flax seed, roasted ground sesame seed, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Mix it well
  • 3. Take required quantity of the mix and roll it into round laddoos by kneading it in such a way that you get a binding with finely chopped dates. Since we do not add either sugar/jaggery or ghee it is a little time consuming to bind it.
  • 4. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before serving.
