Methods
  • 1. Grate the beetroot , grate paneer seperately
  • 2. Now in non stick pan pan add grated beetroot ,add milk saute ,mix on low flametill beetroot grated gets soft
  • 3. Now add grated paneer mix well on low flame till milk gets absorbed
  • 4. Now to this add khoya ,dates paste keep on stirring continuously till fudge leaves pan
  • 5. To this add cardamom powder ,ghee and dryfruit powder mix all well
  • 6. Now grease the tray and spread this fudge in tray and make cuts of desired shape and let the fudge set in freeze for an hour
  • 7. Now serve this fudge garnish with rose petals
