in a pan roast very well suji with ghee....and take out in another plate..now the same pan heat 4 table spoon ghee add beetroot till 15 minutes in low flame

Add coconut with beetroot and saute again till 5 minutes more add suji and sugar mix it till sugar melted add milk mix gently..add cardamom mix the mixture till than saprate from pan or dry...add dryfruits..mix well

Grease a plate with ghee spread the mixture flat surface...spread some dry fruits on top...let it set in fridge..cut the mixture in your choice
