Ingredients For Swiss Potato Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and grate potatoes in bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix all together.
  • 2. Take one sauce pan, add butter in it and put on medium flame.
  • 3. When butter melts, add potato mix in pan and flatten it with back of the spoon to spread it evenly.
  • 4. Cook both side till they turns golden in color.
  • 5. Take out on plate and garnish with mixed herbs and serve hot.
