Ingredients For Spaghetti in Pesto sauce with butter parsley crumbs Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend basil leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves, pine nuts, lemon juice and 1 tbsp olive oil into smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Heat remaining olive oil in a pan, add blended pesto sauce and saute for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Add boiled spaghetti and mix well. Adjust seasoning and cook for a minute. Remove from the flame.
  • 4. Heat butter in a separate pan add garlic and saute till colour changes then add bread crumbs and parsley.
  • 5. Season with salt and mix well. Toss for a minute and remove from the flame.
  • 6. Serve spaghetti with toasted bread crumbs on top.
