Methods

How to make Thekua Reipe

1. Add jaggery in hot water and dissolve. Let it cool.
2. Take wheat flour in a bowl . Add coconut, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruit and oil for moin. Mix nicely.
3. Add jaggery water and knead It in a stiff dough. Cover and rest for 5 minutes. Divide dough in equal parts.
4. Take one portion and with the help of your palm give it long shape and Press gently with your hands.
5. If you don't have thekua mould than make by using folk For making design. Make all thekua like this.
6. Heat ghee in a kadhai and fry all prepared thekua on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
7. Let them cool and keep it in air tight jar.
