Methods

How to make Thin Rice Flakes Chivda

1. In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumins. Now add peanut and roast well till it becomes brown and crunchy.
2. Now in this add curry leaves, green and red chilli, futana dal. Roast for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add turmeric ,salt and mix well .
4. Now add thin rice flakes in it and mix well.
5. Allow it to cool. Now add powdered sugar in it and mix well.
6. Tasty Rice Flakes Chivda is ready.
