Methods
  • 1. In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumins. Now add peanut and roast well till it becomes brown and crunchy.
  • 2. Now in this add curry leaves, green and red chilli, futana dal. Roast for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Now add turmeric ,salt and mix well .
  • 4. Now add thin rice flakes in it and mix well.
  • 5. Allow it to cool. Now add powdered sugar in it and mix well.
  • 6. Tasty Rice Flakes Chivda is ready.
