Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add wheat flour ,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well. Make a soft dough with the help of milk.
  • 2. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Take a bowl add grated jaggery and til and mix well.
  • 3. Now stuffing is ready. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  • 4. Roll the paratha and spread some clarified butter and stuff one tbsp filling and seal the edges and roll out Flatten the ball into thick round paratha.
  • 5. Grease the pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame applying clarified butter on both the sides of paratha. Serve the garma garam paratha.
