Methods

How to make Til ki Barfi Recipe

1. Dry roast sesame seeds till light pink. Transfer into a dish and allow to cool.
2. Take Milkmaid and keep aside.
3. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add milkmaid and sauté on low heat till light pink or till it gives a nice aroma.
4. Add roasted sesame seeds and sugar and continue to sauté for three to four minutes.
5. Transfer onto a greased plate, add chopped almonds and pine nuts, pat to level and allow to cool.
6. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
