Ingredients For Til ki Barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast sesame seeds till light pink. Transfer into a dish and allow to cool.
  • 2. Milkmaid and keep aside.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add milk maid , saute khoya and sauté on low heat till light pink or till it emits a nice aroma.
  • 4. Add roasted sesame seeds and sugar and continue to sauté for three to four
  • 5. Transfer onto a greased plate, top with dry fruits, pat to level and allow to cool.
  • 6. Cut into desired shapes and serve
