Ingredients For Toffee Pasanda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first cut the paneer into 8 equal pieces,dip in warm water and set aside.
  • 2. Boil soaked green moong dal and saute in butter with crushed pepper,salt,herbs.
  • 3. Remove the paneer and sprinkle salt,pepper.
  • 4. Now layer 4 pieces of paneer with green moong and cover with the other 4pieces.
  • 5. Make a batter with egg,corn flour,salt and pepper.Dip the stuffed paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry.
  • 6. Wrap the 4 pasandas in toffee paper to make an attractive presentation.
