Vegan Apple Oats Smoothie Recipe

I prepared this healthy smoothie recipe using almond milk, apple and oats. Additionally to enhance the flavour I added sugar, Cardamom powder and nutmeg. You can also use soy milk, coconut milk. It is very easy and quick recipe that you can prepare in less time.

Recipe Notes

You can use soy milk and coconut milk in this recipe. Also if you are not preparing vegan recipe then you can use normal milk and instead of sugar you can use honey. Quantity of sugar you can increase or decrease according to you taste.

Methods
  • 1. Wash the apples and cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Take the mixture jar and add almond milk, apple, rolled oats, ice, sugar and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Keep few pieces of apples aside for garnishing.
  • 4. Now blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • 5. Remove it from jar and serve it.
  • 6. Lastly sprinkle some nutmeg powder and garnish with Apple.
