Methods
  • 1. Add custurd powder in 1/2 cup water and make it lump free, cook on gas till thicken. Let it cool. Meanwhile soak sabja seeds for an hour.
  • 2. now well take all chopped fruits in blender and add oats, blend till smoothe puree formed. Mix in custurd.
  • 3. Now cut strips from fruit, and chopp nuts. Take tall glasses put chopped strips of fruits, add custurd, few ice cubes, soaked sabja seeds, and chopped fruits,and top with chopped nuts. Serve chilled.
