  • 1. Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add vermicelli and roast till the seviyan turns golden brown.
  • 2. Add milk,stir constantly till it starts boiling. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • 3. Reduce heat. Add raisins, almonds and pistachios. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
