Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and add ghee. Let it heat.
  • 2. Now add wheat flour and fry on a slow flame till the wheat flour becomes golden brown in colour.
  • 3. Off the flame n transfer this in a bowl.
  • 4. Let it cool and add sugar n elachi powder.
  • 5. Roast the dry fruits in a a ghee.
  • 6. Add the dry fruits into the wheat Chooran and serve.
