firstly, once the mixture cools it will thicken and easy to make ladoo.additionally, to prepare just wheat ladoo to replace besan with atta.most noteworthy, do not add sugar when the mixture paste is hot as it melts down the sugar and turns watery paste.finally, increase the amount of sugar . if you are looking for a very sweet atta ladoo.

  • 1. firstly, in a large kadai heat ghee.
  • 2. add wheat flour.
  • 3. roast on medium flame until the flour is combined well.
  • 4. now keep the flame on low and roast on low flame.
  • 5. mash the flour to break any lumps if present.
  • 6. continue to roast for 25 minutes, or until the mixture turns aromatic and golden brown.

  • 8. transfer to the bowl and allow to cool slightly.
  • 9. now add powdered sugar, cashew and cardamom powder.
  • 10. mix well making sure the bura is combined well with mixture. do not over mix as the bura and ghee melt.
  • 11. start to prepare small ball sized balls.
  • 12. finally, atta ladoo recipe stays good for a week when refrigerated.
