Ingredients For Wheat flour Pizza base Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oil. Mix it well. Now gradually add curd and knead a soft dough. Cover it with a cloth. Keep it aside to rest for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Take a wok. Spread salt in, put a stand and place a plate over it. Cover with lid. Preheat it for 10 minutes.
  • 3. After 20 minutes. Grease you hands, press and knead dough to soft.
  • 4. Divide it in 4-5 equal parts. Take one portion, roll into round shape Roti. With fork prick the Roti as shown in picture.
  • 5. Place it in a greased plate in preheated wok. Cover it, bake it for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Prepare all the roti (pizza base) by this method
