Ingredients For White Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In Idli batter add salt ginger,1 tsp oil and chilli paste. Mix it well.
  • 2. Add curd in it . Mix it well. Keep aside for 15-20 Minutes .
  • 3. Grease dhokla plate with with oil. Prepare the steamer.
  • 4. Before steaming dhokla add eno salt in it . Mix it gently.
  • 5. Pour the mixture in Dhokla plate. Put it in steamer. Steam it for 18-20 minutes.
  • 6. Take out the Dhokla plate. Let it cool. Cut it into pieces.
  • 7. In a tadka pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, when it starts crackle add curry leaves. Turn off the flame.
  • 8. Pour this tadka over the dhokla.
