Methods
  • 1. Roast flour on low flame for 15-17 minutes.
  • 2. When flour becomes aromatic, add ghee residue. Mix well.
  • 3. Add Jaggery and ghee. Turn off the flame.Mix very well.
  • 4. Take small portions and make laddus. If required add little milk for binding laddus.
  • 5. Healthy laddus are ready.
