Methods
  • 1. Gond fry in ghee & keep aside. In the same pan, add more ghee roast wheat flour. Roast it till golden brown on mideum flame. Poppy seeds also should be dry roasted and grind like powder. After proper roast , add poppy seeds dough in it.
  • 2. Roast it 3 minutes more. Now add all dry ingredients in pan. Again roast them 2 minutes. With the help of spectula make powder of fried gond.
  • 3. Now off the flame and keep it cool on room temperature. Now add khaand and mix them very well. Now make ladoo.
  • 4. If material become more dry add 3 to 4 teaspoon warm ghee. Now easy to make ladoo.
