Ingredients For Winter Special “Aalu Methi”

Methods
  • 1. Wash fenugreek. Remove leaves from the stem.
  • 2. Wash and finely cut all the vegetables. Cut the potatoes little big.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Shallow fry the potatoes till it becomes golden brown. Remove it in plate.
  • 4. Heat 2 tsp oil in same wok. Add asafoetida , green chilli, chopped garlic and onion. Saute it on low medium flame. Add fenugreek leaves and salt. Mix it well . Cook it on low heat till it becomes soft.
  • 5. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder and amchur powder. Mix it well.
  • 6. Finally add fried potatoes. Cook it on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes. Stir continuesly.
  • 7. Very very tasty and healthy aalu methi is ready to serve.
