Ingredients For Winter Warmer “ Pearl Millet Cookies “

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add in jaggery and 1 cup warm water. Mix it till jaggery dissolves in water.
  • 2. In a big plate add Pearl millet flour, salt, seasame seeds and ghee. Mix and rub it with hands.
  • 3. Add almonds and Luke warm jaggery water.
  • 4. Knead it to make semi soft dough. Keep aside to rest for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. Knead dough again. Divide it into equal lemon sized balls. Make flatten ball from each part.
  • 6. Deep fry on low medium heat until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 7. Remove it in a plate. Let it cool. Enjoy with tea.
