Personally I love South Indian cuisine and this sambar masala has no competition. It is very very yummy, due to this now once a week we always make sambar.

Jaggery is very high at vitamin and minerals. It is very tasty and one can use it to avoid refined sugar which is very unhealthy. Jaggery is a really nice product to use.
