Good
This product is really good. It is easy to make, just add water gradually rather than all at once and stop when it turns creamy. Top it with some chilli tadka to have a good flavor.

Great taste
The tangy taste is well pronounced. Takes about 12-14 minutes to fluff up. Haven't been able to get the market-like fluff, but I find them more flavourful and filling. The instructions are clear and precise. If you're adding the right proportions of curd, oil and water, you're in for a treat!

Gits Khatta Dhokla Mix is a good product of Gits. But it is a bit more expensive than a freshly home made dhokla, if you want to make dhokla with instant mix, this is a perfect option, just follow the instructions written on the back of the box. It’s tangy taste is awesome.
