This product is pretty good. This is one of the bests available in the market. This is generally used to add an extra color to the dish and is not too hot.

A great product
Kashmiri Mirch by MDH is another great product by the brand. It is one of the best available in the market. It brings out a beautiful red colour in gravies and dishes being prepared.

MDH Kashmiri powder in not spicy but it adds flavour and bright red colour to the curries or gravies. Best Kashmiri Chilli powder in the market.

Not good
MDH is such a good brand but this product is not at all upto the mark. When added it to gravy it felt like adding artificial colour and even after eating gravy tounge became red in color which lasted for a while.

MDH Kashmiri Mirch Powder
MDH Kashmiri Mirch Powder is one of the masala which I always keep in my Kitchen. It doesn't add any hotness but gives nice texture to your food (only for colour). I use it in a ratio of Kashmiri mirch and regular chilli powder and MDH Kashmiri Mirch is best available product in its segment.

Usage Tip:
• Best results, when mixed in mustard oil before adding it to your gravy or masala mixture.
