Ingredients For Fresh Green Matar Kulcha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the peas and strain lal the water.
  • 2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and add onion, chilli nad tomato.
  • 3. Mix well and add spices and boiled peas.
  • 4. Cook for 1 minute and ready.
  • 5. Mix flour, baking soda and powder, 1 tsp salt and 4 tbsp butter.
  • 6. Mix well and knead a soft dough nad rest for the hour.
  • 7. Make small balls and again rest for 30 minutes.
  • 8. Roll out little thick and spread some water.
  • 9. Now sprinkle kalaunji and coriander.
  • 10. Spread the water other side too.
  • 11. Place on a hot tawa nad cover with lid.
  • 12. After 1 minute flip and again cover.
  • 13. Spread butter on kulcha and serve with peas.
