MDH Deggi Mirch
I like MDH Deggi Mirch because it’s very spicy and I like to sometimes eat hot & spicy food for a change in taste.It's a good hot chilli powder to use at home.

Every time i hear deggi mirch, the first thing pops in my head is the Television commercial of mid 2000s when it was telecasted. And it was so catchy that today its a nostalgia for me.

MDH Deggi Mirch is life
MDH Deggi Mirch has been used in the kitchen for a long time. I have also been using MDH Deggi Mirch for quite some time now and I have not come across any other deggi mirch which is as wonderful as MDH Deggi Mirch. It has a soft texture and adds great color to all the dishes. I use it in Pao Bhaji, Daal, Shahi Paneer etc. and I love the color it gives to my food. The spice quotient in MDH Deggi Mirch is just optimum. If ever I run out of MDH Deggi Mirch, my food look dull and boring. This secret ingredient adds life and color to my dishes. It is a perfect choice for all kinds of tadkas.

A spice with natural red colour.
MDH Deggi Mirch is the most recommended spice for the preparation of rogan josh. It is not that spicy in nature, but adds beautiful colour to the food, especially in meaty items. I often use this while preparing chicken tikka or tandoori instead of adding any colour , it gives the tikka or tandoori a natural colour, that too without any adulteration.

A pantry staple!
One of my favourite spices in the kitchen as it imparts a lovely natural red colour to tadkas and gravies, it is mildly spicy and does not give you heart burn like regular chilli powder, highly recommended!

love its color
It gives good color to curry's. love use this in my Non Veg curries and pasta as it not spicy and give good color. best for those who don,t want spicy dish but lovely co,or.

Usage Tip:
• add this your tadaka before adding other spicy and buno it little .

MDH Deggi Mirch
The best part of using this spice is that you are using a natural product which imparts a vibrant colour to your cooking and not any synthetic or other food colouring. It is mild and not too hot, so ideal for use especially when you need the colour for your international guests who cannot bear the intense spices. Other similar products are either too hot or do not impart the desired colour. It is the right level of spice and colour. a must for every kitchen.

Best red chilli powder to enhance the colour of any Gravy/Curry
I am using this degi mirch since I started cooking and in past 14 years i didn't find any change in colour, taste and texture. That's the best quality of any quality ingredient that they are precise about what they deliver. My family doesn't love spicy food but Indian gravies looks boring if colour is not that appealing. MDH degi mirch always comes to rescue as it adds colour to food without making it too spicy.

Deggi morch is not hot as Ghati or Sankeshwari mirch , neither sipid or tasteless as kashmiri chilies. Rather it combines bests of the two worlds. Bright color with flavousome yet mild taste that not just pleases your eyes but also good for health. Ab Dhabastyle food banega Ghar mein hi?

Usage Tip:
• Fry your onions till they changes the color and start carmelisding. Thats the moment when you ned to add deggi mirch, a splash of water and fry it for just a minute.
