Surprisingly Awesome
I keep finding new snack items which can be eaten during mid meals. Since i travel alot, I like products which are handy to carry in the bag and can be eaten on the go. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of these cookies. Infact after this i did go on to try other nourish organic products and they all are worth a try.
Ingredient profile is pretty good and so is the nutritional values. Truth being told it was actually recommended by a nutritionist friend of mine and hence i do believe they do a great job in keeping the calories in check. What i also like is that there are no preservatives in this product which I have really started to keep a check on since I am worried about these things going in my body.
