Ingredients For Aalu Poha With Peri Peri Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the poha 2-3 times with water. Drain the water. Soak it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Take a wok heat oil . Add mustard seeds in it when it splutter add green chilli , curry leaves potatoes and onions in it .Saute it . Cover the wok with lid. Cook it for 4-5 minutes on low medium heat until potatoes become soft.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder and peri peri masala. Mix it .
  • 4. Now add soaked poha in it. Mix it well . Add coriander leaves and lemon juice. My x every thing all together.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a serving plate. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
