Ingredients For Aam Gilori

Methods
  • 1. To make the filling sautĂ© mawa or khoya in a pan till it becomes soft
  • 2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and sautĂ© for 1-2 mins
  • 3. Add chopped almonds,chopped pistachios,chopped cashew and dessicated coconut and combine all well
  • 4. Switch off the flame and keep aside
  • 5. Cut thin slices of a big ripen mango
  • 6. Fold it like a paan and keep 1 tsp filling in it and fold it
  • 7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and dessicated coconut
  • 8. Serve chilled
