Aam Pudina panna ice cream Recipe

Summers are here, the heat is on and each one of us needs to dig into something cooling and refreshing . Sweet and sour make one! And hence this creation was born . Had made some fresh roasted aam pudina pulp and stored . Now when I was just thinking how do I flavour my ice cream , this tasty sweet and sour pulp struck my mind and then I did not stop. Made the base for the ice cream which is very easy for everyone to quickly whip up and added this flavour. Now I'm so happy that I did it. Kids are happy with mommy's new flavour in ice cream. So let's see how I made this yummy and equally easy home made aam pudina panna ice cream .

Ingredients For Aam Pudina panna ice cream Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk then lower the flame and simmer for few minutes.
  • 2. Add the sugar and continue stirring for 8 to 10 minutes till reduced.
  • 3. Now add the baking soda.
  • 4. It will turn a little bubbly. Continue cooking fir 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 5. Switch of the flame and let it cool completely. As it cools it will thicken more. Our home made condensed milk is ready as a base for the ice cream.
  • 6. Now add the aam pudina panna pulp and stir well .
  • 7. Next goes the thick chilled amul fresh cream.
  • 8. Blend with a hand whisk or a electric beater till everything is completely emulsified.
  • 9. Now pour the mixture with some torn leaves of mint into a airtight container .
  • 10. Secure lid and freeze for atleast 8 hours
  • 11. Blend and whisk at regular intervals atleast 2 or 3 times.
  • 12. Shell and enjoy a mouthfull of refreshing aam pudina panna ice cream with drizzles of aam panna preserve and garnish of few mint leaves.
