Ingredients For Agar Agar Mango pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the Agar Agar strands in water for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Boil it in the same water until it gets dissolved completely.
  • 3. In a saucepan add the milk and keep it to boil along with the sugar and cardamom powder.
  • 4. Once the milk starts boiling lower the flame and add half of the Agar Agar mixture to it and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • 5. Switch off the flame and pour the mixture in individual glasses or bowls and keep aside to cool.
  • 6. In a blender, add the fresh cream and Mango slices, blend until smooth and thick.
  • 7. Add the remaining Agar Agar mixture to the blender and give a blitz.
  • 8. Once the white layer is cooled and slightly firm on top, add this Mango mixture over it.
  • 9. Refrigerate the dessert for at least two hours until set completely.
  • 10. Serve chilled.
