Methods
  • 1. Mix flour, rice flour, whole cumin, onion powder, curry powder powder, ginger powder, asafetida, salt, lemon juice in a bowl and make a thin batter with the same amount of water. (Cover and leave for 30 minutes)
  • 2. Beat the batter well. Now heat the pan, brush a little oil and spread it with a little batter.Tighten and fry both sides.
  • 3. Serve with coconut chutney or any chutney.
