Atta pinni - a traditional punjabi sweet made with whole wheat flour, desi ghee and loads of dry fruits
Its basically cooked on low flame so that atta (flour) gets cooked from inside its made in winters

In a kadhai add ghee, atta and roast it on low flame. Keep stirring till it turns brown, add gondh mix well. Add chopped nuts and whole raisins to it and mix it well. If the mixture seems more dry, you can add some more ghee and mix it. Switch off the flame. Now add powdered sugar to the mixture and mix it properly. . No need to roast after adding sugar. Just mix in sugar with the mixture. Make pinnis when mixture is able to touch. #GheeNovationContest #contest142
