1.
In a bowl add bajra flour and bind it using luke warm water. The dough should not be too hard or too soft. Cover and keep rest for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out each part into a thick roti dust with some bajra flour.

Heat a pan and cook rot on medium flame. Cook till golden spots appear. Flip and cook another side. Repeat the same with the remaining roti.

Keep all roties in a plate and cool down. After cool down crumble all the roties with hands.
5.
Heat ghee in a pan and add all grumbled bajra roti. Roast on low flame till crisp. Add jaggery and mix well. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix.
6.
Remove from heat and add chopped almond. Serve hot.
