Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add bajra flour and bind it using luke warm water. The dough should not be too hard or too soft. Cover and keep rest for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out each part into a thick roti dust with some bajra flour.
  • 3. Heat a pan and cook rot on medium flame. Cook till golden spots appear. Flip and cook another side. Repeat the same with the remaining roti.
  • 4. Keep all roties in a plate and cool down. After cool down crumble all the roties with hands.
  • 5. Heat ghee in a pan and add all grumbled bajra roti. Roast on low flame till crisp. Add jaggery and mix well. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix.
  • 6. Remove from heat and add chopped almond. Serve hot.
