Ingredients For Rabdi malpuas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and boil milk till half in quantity then cool it completely add all purpose flour and blend it from blender till creamy like mixture malpuas mixture is ready and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 2. For sugar syrup - add sugar and 1 tbsp water and boil it for 5 minutes. Add cardamom powder and saffron strings.
  • 3. Take a flat pan /tawa for frying malpuas add ghee in it pour 1 tbsp mixture and fry till light brown from both sides.
  • 4. Then put this malpuas in sugar syrup. Serve hot. garnish it with chopped almonds.
